The Invisible Man was one of the last horror movies to hit the big screen prior to the pandemic and movie theater closings in the beginning of 2020. A unique take on the invisible man concept, director, Leigh Whanell, blends a traumatic backstory of an abusive relationship that maintains its hold after the abuser commits suicide (maybe?).
