Description

It's common practice to label something good or bad, but what if the worst day of your life was actually the best? What if things were just as the are, without assigning any meaning to it? Removing the judgement will allow yourself to open to the present moment, the moment where everything you want is created.

Questions to ponder:

  1. List 3 experiences in the past, which at the time were difficult, but looking back, they don’t carry the same emotional. Charge.
  2. What good emerged from this experience that wasn’t in your life prior?
  3. What are you currently struggling with?
  4. What if you knew good things were going to unfold as a result of it? What could those good things possibly be?
