This study will focus on Matthew 3:22-30, where Jesus is accused by the teachers of the law of using Satan’s power to do His miracles. In answering that accusation, Jesus teaches about an unforgivable sin. However, the central point of this passage is not this terrible sin, but the person of Jesus and by what power we believe that He did His miracles. What we believe about Jesus and His power has eternal consequences for our lives.
