Today’s study will focus on Mark 14:66-73, where the disciple Peter disowned Jesus three times. Earlier on the way to the Mount of Olives, Jesus had told Peter that he would disown Him three times that very night. And, though Peter had said that he would never disown Jesus, he did just as He had predicted. This should make all of us think about the commitments that we make to Jesus and our faithfulness in living out those commitments. And, whether we like it or not, Peter’s story is our story.
