This study will focus on Mark 5:1-20, where Jesus is confronted by a demon-possessed man. However, this demon-possessed man is more dangerous, more powerful, and more destructive than the others who He has encountered thus far in His ministry. But, just as Jesus had power over the fierce squall in the last chapter, Jesus has power over Satan and his evil demons as well. In this story we will learn about the devil’s power, Jesus’ power, and our response to Jesus’ power.
