Have you ever felt like something was off? Like no matter what you did to FEEL GOOD, there's still this feeling of blah? Yup, I get it. Today I'm sharing a few things that will hopefully inspire you to look at your surroundings and spark a much-needed change. Personally, I have felt a sense of heaviness within me in spite of all the healthy decisions I have made in my life. But yet, something still felt off. I was carrying the guilt of my miscarriage for two years and I finally feel like that weight has been lifted. I share more about this in today's solo episode.
