This episode was originally aired on my very dear friend Ajit's podcast, Master Coaching!!!
How many times have you caught yourself telling yourself that you’re stupid, incompetent, or not worthy?
My guest today is Vasavi Kumar, author of “Say It Out Loud: Using the Power of Your Voice to Listen to Your Deepest Thoughts and Courageously Pursue Your Dreams”
In this powerful conversation, Vasavi and I unpack the ways in which we all talk to ourselves without really paying attention to what we’re saying. Most of what we tell ourselves is negative, unhelpful, counterproductive, and straight up abusive. But as you will hear, it is your divine duty to learn how to love yourself exactly the way you need to be loved and become the person you want to be.
