In this premiere of the animated MORK & MINDY, your Saturday Morning preservationist, Christopher Jay, takes a look at the origin of the show. Included, is a look at the talent behind the scenes, a rundown of the pilot segments, “Who’s Minding the Brat?” and “The Greatest Shmo on Earth”, and a look at the legacy of MORK & MINDY after all these years.

It’s not just a look at the animated MORK & MINDY, but also how the live-action show came to be. Journey with us to see how “The Dick Van Dyke” show influenced Mork’s appearance on “Happy Days”.

So come along with Mork, Mindy, and Doing all the way back to September 25, 1982. You’ll learn so much, Orson will be impressed with your report.
