We want more money, which will either require us to get more clients or raise the price - and value - of our current services. Both answers are correct. We need more clients and a higher ticket price to scale our businesses behind the chair (or in the salon). But we first must focus on the value we're providing. Does it match or exceed our customers' expectations?
