This was a sad week in India as a glacier burst in the state of Uttarakhand and many people were killed. Experts say that this is the result of climate change and the construction of illegal structures in the area. Some workers are still stuck in a tunnel with no light, oxygen and flood water. We all hear about climate change but this incident reminds us of how real it is. 

In this week's Discover Yoga segment, I will discuss the importance of having a right guru.
