On this episode, we have the always outspoken and often hilarious Chris Burns.

Chris has studied under and alongside many legends of BJJ including Henry Akins and Rickson Gracie. Today Chris shares his opinion on living a life on the road, self-defense in jiu-jitsu, where jiu-jitsu takes place in terms of contact and distance, and how and who should be instructing jiu-jitsu classes, all with a sense of humor and an extremely rare, refreshing candor.

Here is The RŌL Radio with a 2nd-degree black belt under Jason Roebig and Rickson Gracie, Chris Burns. And stick around at the end of the episode for something a little special after Chris had some technical difficulties.
