Today’s guest is another true martial artist. With a background in several martial arts, it was his exposure to jiu-jitsu in 1989 that he knew he had found what he really wanted to do.
It did take a few years before John Frankl started his formal training under Rickson Gracie and after moving from the West Coast to Boston John trained under Roberto Maia and received his black belt in 2002.
