We have a guest who can talk with authority on this subject as we discover ex-offenders really DO get a bad rap. The term is EX but this stays with them for LIFE so curbing or severely limiting, any possibility of future success and progression being a positive to society
So whilst we say people should be given a second chance once they have served their time, in reality, they are punished for life it would appear
