The Tim Heale Podcasts S3 E108 Margaret Agard
Margaret was a single mother of eight children, their sole financial support working as an executive in the high tech industry, and also had returned to university to finish her last year of work on a bachelor’s degree.
She was a compulsive list maker who never came close to accomplishing all she needed to accomplish, often waking in a panic about all that needed to be done. Her life completely changed when she started this one simple daily practice.
She stopped waking in a panic, got more done, more sleep and less stress. And found her true purpose. She shares how she learned this as part of her life journey from a child born in Washington DC to her life today on a lake in Florida – viewing lake not swimming lake because, well, alligators.
She’s written two memoirs on the subject to share what happened as a result in the hope that others would try the same path. Many do, which brings great satisfaction. - you can find out more about the memoirs and about her at https://inhisfootsteps.com
