Roy Koppelmann is a Partner at Accord Development Group, a real estate firm focused on investment opportunities and strategic property management that drives rent growth, particularly in value-add multifamily apartment complex investments.  Since the economic recession in 2008, Roy has been a Charlotte-based real estate developer who has been building his portfolio beginning in single-family assets and is currently venturing into multifamily investing.
