Create SMART Goals:
- Use the SMARTER framework to set goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound, Evaluate and Revise.
- This ensures your goals are clear and attainable, which increases the likelihood of success.
Break Goals into Actionable Steps:
- Once your goals are set, break them down into smaller, actionable steps.
- Progress over Perfection
- This makes them feel less overwhelming and helps maintain motivation as you achieve these smaller milestones.
- Create a timeline for each goal, identifying key actions and deadlines. This roadmap will serve as a guide throughout the year.
