When the Lord of the Philistines made attempt to return the ark of the covenant they captured from Isreal, 1st Samuel 6 vs.12 tells us that the animals that carried the ark went straight to Betshemesh without turning aside, not to the right not to the left. Animals that carried the presence of God were in the frontline of the journey while leaders of a nation (Lords of the philistines) followed the animals which carried the ark of covenant.
