Two ladies gave birth to their wonderful and amazing babies. You can imagine the joy in their heart because of their little bundle of joy. But unfortunately one of them slept over her child in the night and the joy of her testimony was quickly turned into sorrow.
The woman who killed her own baby then stole the baby of her roommate while she slept also. It was a morning of multiple sorrow, anger, confusion and pain.
Terrible things happen when people go into relax mode. Before the other woman woke up, the joy of her testimony was gone. Her living child was replaced with a dead one.
Friends, be careful who you share your space with. Your joy can be quickly turned into sorrow if you are in the same spiritual and physical space with people who have lost the joy of their testimony. Those who by negligence, carelessness and foolishness have lost the joy of their testimony will do everything possible for you also to lose your joy so that you can be at the same level with them. They always desire an "equilibrium" of sorrow.
1 Kings 3:24-26: Then the king said, “Bring me a sword.” So they brought a sword for the king. He then gave an order: “Cut the living child in two and give half to one and half to the other.” The woman whose son was alive was deeply moved out of love for her son and said to the king, “Please, my lord, give her the living baby! Don’t kill him!”But the other said, “Neither I nor you shall have him. Cut him in two!”
The world, the church, your neighborhood are full of people who seek to terminate the joy of your testimony. And you must do everything possible to keep, protect, enjoy, sustain, and share the joy of your testimony.
This living word of God will encourage your heart to understand the triumphing power of the joy of your testimony. And you must stay awake my friends to protect the joy of your testimony.
