Luke 8 vs. 27 -28: And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs. When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.
The first visible manifestation of victory over the prince of the sea is that the bleeding naked mad man full of legions of demons ran towards the Lord to worship Him. He did not react violently , he did not throw stones at Him, He came to worship the saviour. The tormented fell at his feet because the prince of the sea that detained the destiny and divine potentials of great and wonderful people had been conquered.
Please note that Jesus did not speak a single word before the man ran towards Him to worship and the legions could not hold back. The tormenting spirit that caused him to bleed could not prevail over the man anymore.
My friends if a man that was not in his right mind, could not be stopped by the control of legion of demons in him, how then can you be stopped by those little, small unclean spirits? how can you be stopped by poverty, fear, worries and anxiety? How can you be stopped by sickness, debt, sadness, threat, depression? How can greed, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, moral corruption, unfaithfulness, prayerlessness, stop you from securing your complete, total and compact deliverance and victory in Christ Jesus our Lord?
Without words, the man saw Jesus and ran towards Him and that was the beginning of his total victory and freedom. Those who prevail on their knees triumph over the power of the dragons and serpents in the sea. And those who triumph over the power of the prince of the sea, will secure great deliverance on land without much talking.
