What happens in the sea to a large extent controls what happens on the land. The elders of a city cried out to Elisha the prophet of God about the barrenness of their land. Everything was pleasant to the normal eye. The land was visibly great but dead. The land was barren because the water was bad. Prophet Elisha almost missed the problem because everything looked good on the outside.
Clandestine operation right? How can a river that makes the city look so good be responsible for the death and barrenness of the city at the same time? Could that be ordinary? How can the elders know the source of their problem but lacked the engineering skills and capabilities to deal with it?
The elders recognised that they needed to get a man with the river of living water flowing out of him to come to rescue their water.
Friends, the third dimension of spiritual warfare is taking dominion in the sea so that the land can be healed and people can be free. Isaiah 27 vs.1 must be fully enforced so you can enjoy Isaiah 60 vs.5 to its fullness.
Isaiah 27 vs. 1: On that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
Then - Isaiah 60 vs.5 : Isaiah 60 vs.5: says: 5Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.
Let the river of living water flow out of belly so that what causes death in the sea can be subdued in the name of Jesus. Out of your belly shall flow, rivers of living water.
