Ungratefulness, Ingratitude, and unthankfulness, all of these character traits indicate what resides inside of a person-the condition of their heart. It reflects who they are. The Lord has been watchful of what He sees as a chronic uptick in ungrateful behavior and has been bringing it to my attention. These attributes are prevalent in people in these times. He wants us to examine ourselves closely to guard our heart against such a condition.
(James 1:17)(GWT) Every good present and every perfect gift comes from above, from the Father who made the sun, moon, and stars. The Father doesn't change like the shifting shadows produced by the sun and the moon. Every good thing we have traces back to Him. Ungratefulness is a form of idolatry—placing yourself at the center of everything.
We are seeing nations aligning with the will of God for unprecedented changes. Jeremiah 29:7 (NIV) Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.”
