The planet is like a big school and we are here to learn and grow. Some times the darkest and most negative events bring the biggest learnings and light afterwards.
Teresa shares about recently reading some history books about Kennedy, Jesus, and Crazy Horse. Her take away is that there has always been crazy negative energy events happening during those three time frames. As long as we are on the planet the polarity is going to be happening.
She shares on ways to keep your positive mojo rocking in your day to day life. She shares about how she recently was "processing"(her way of saying she is going through some crapola) and how she shifted her energy by getting outdoors.
