Today I'll dig into the crucial differences between sensation and perception and their significant impacts on our health. Sensation is defined as physical feelings like touch, sight, or pain, and can be acute or chronic. Perception, on the other hand, is shaped by our beliefs and past experiences. These are similar, but not the same, and they intertwine to influence our wellbeing. I can't overstate the importance of positive thinking and offers strategies to reframe our beliefs and perceptions for better health. Now that we're in a new year, I encourage you to reflect on and address sensations and perceptions to create a healthier future.
