We're going to get some structure in our lives today!

Here's the 3 step process to practicing structure, summarized from the episode:
1) Pick a time tomorrow when you have ten minutes
2) Pick a thing to work on that you want to do but that you NEVER feel motivated to do.
3) Pick the easy point of entry to the task

Then tomorrow, set the timer and GOOOO!
