It is hard enough to motivate to do a crappy thing once. But to be consistent?! To do a crappy thing over and over again? HOW?! With ADHD and Depression, this can be such a monumental hurdle to overcome. I have some ideas. 

Today I'm sharing a couple things that I have seen work for me in terms of being cool with myself and making positive strides at moving my needle forward. Hope it helps!
