Description

This is a very timely episode. There are a couple of "I can't"s in my world. Exercise and meditating. Today I'll explain how that feels to me and what I'm doing about it. 

Summary of my "Plan it in Advance" challenge:

1) Forget today. Set a timer for 10 minutes and plan the task for a specific time tomorrow.

2) For me, this is meditate minimum of 2 minutes and goal of 20 minutes...daily.

3) I win if I can do the planning in advance 30 days in a row. 

4) Bonus if I meditate the full 20 minutes at least 3 times in those 30 days.
