Jesus said, "The kingdom of God does not come with observation... the kingdom of God is within you." (see Luke 17:20) In Romans, we see that the love of God has been poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit (see Romans 5:5). It is God working IN us to both will and do His good pleasure (see Philippians 2:13). It's an inside job. The kingdom of God exists from the inside out. This is what produces true and lasting change.
