Description

The world system has come out of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, which we chose from the beginning. It puts the pressure on us to attain something that is not possible to fully attain. It makes us uncomfortable with our imperfections and flaws and demands, through condemnation, guilt and shame, we motivate ourselves to do better. A great example of a world system is the diet culture, which Judi shares about. Another great example is the apostle Paul who attained the highest achievements as a religious leader when he was a Pharisee. Yet he still fell short. The only thing that saved him from continual condemnation was relying on Jesus Christ and His perfect work. The Kingdom system takes the pressure off of us and places it on God as was intended in the beginning.  (Romans 8:1-6)
