As the body of Christ, we are recipients of the greatest act of love and giving—Jesus Christ as our sacrificial Lamb. We should seek to excel in sacrificial giving—an act of grace—just as we seek to excel in faith, speech, knowledge, love, etc. We should seek to excel so that God will get the glory and so that the world will see the love of God displayed among brothers and sisters in the body of Christ.
