Description

For the first 20ish years of my life, I dieted and exercised relentlessly, consumed by self obsession around weight. For the next 20ish years, I swore off anything having to relate to diet and exercise, to the point of what I experienced as self neglect and self abandonment.

As Glennon Doyle would say “Rebellion can be as much of a cage as obedience.”

In today’s podcast, I’m sharing my journey around finding the middle path.

You’ll hear about:

🌸 The surprising shame that can come with weight loss
🌸 How different types of exercise can heal different types of trauma
🌸 A way of setting goals in any area of of your life that’s rooted in soulful feeling and embodiment
