Ruth 3:1-18 (NIV)
Ruth is a wonderful book to be studying in conjunction with baptism (we baptised baby Gerard today), because it reminds us that God is at work in our lives even when we can’t see it and long before we know it. Gerard didn't understand what was happening, but we know that God is working in his life -and we know that God is working to bring his plans for the whole of creation to fruition.
