We started a new series today, called ‘The King in Jerusalem’. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be following the events in Matthew’s Gospel, from Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem – all the way through to his death and resurrection at Easter. When Jesus entered Jerusalem the crowds welcomed him as a King, but Jesus wasn’t the kind of king they expected or wanted.
