Matt discusses a brawl on a Carnival cruise ship that involved upward of 60 people. He dives deep into cruise ship cases, the contract that is involved with ticket purchase, and how a person’s rights are much more different at sea compared to on land. The first caller had just adopted two puppies and one of them developed a tumor and has a limited time to live and was curious what kind of legal action they can take against the breeder without a contract. Later in the show, the team talks to a caller that’s had sewage issues and contacted a third-party administrator for a claim, but they are not taking any responsibility. They are looking for any legal recourse that can be taken against the administrator to recoup their thousands of dollars spent. The third caller calls about their daughter being a victim of a truck accident and is looking to know what legally can be done to get their family closure and give their daughter a proper memorial.
