I dive into the exploration of the “Ego” what is is, how to identify it, and what stories we may be telling ourselves. I explore radical honesty, and how we can remove the ego from keeping us small and from our truest emotions and authentic self. I go into a recent spiritual experience that helped illuminate where my ego had been keeping me “safe” from the truth, and how we can move forward feeling more empowered and in charge of where we go from here.
