I dive into how many of us have only known the distorted version of this energy through the lens of conditioning, fear, and shame - and how these programs are now coming forward for release. I talk about my own conditioning and challenges I faced as I have come to change and challenge my perspectives and beliefs around my own femininity and what has helped me cultivate a more healthy and balanced view of myself as a whole.
