In this episode I discuss enabling. The fact I do it at the expense of my own health and happiness. It's my own fault. I purposely and willingly sacrifice my time, energy and health for others. I like to help. I want to help. I don't want others to suffer. But I do it at my own expense. Which isn't good.

I also talk about the saying, "if it's not broken, don't fix it." I delve in to applying that to life. How I use that quote in many aspects of my life. Unfortunately, I have also been known to keep things that could use some repair?

Sounds depressing. I'm actually quite happy and upbeat. This is a positive episode. No Debbie Downers in this episode.

What's been keeping me up? Fixing things I should. Appreciating things I don't have to...
