Spirals are an important theme in body structure; they often get ignored - yet they are so essential to movement and energy capacity. Today's episode pays due respect to my dear friend and colleague Karen Kirkness, who appreciates spiral structure in some superb ways. Our whole body weave relies on spirals and, like trees, our limbs and vessels animate this motif for our growth patterns and movement signatures; essential ingredients of improved performance!
