Greetings loyal listener, another week, and while super hero content is on the horizon, I wanted to take this episode to go in-depth on the latest and greatest HBO Max offering, the newest attempt at making a decent enough video game adaptation. This time the more violent of the two video game fighting franchises. Fatalities and fun aplenty in the two oldies Mortal Kombat movies. And now we are talking the brand new just dropped today film that reboots, and hopefully kicks off the new exciting film franchise to bring honor and respect to video game adaptations. It is their year so now it is time to decide if this franchise, or just the 2021 version, is a flawless victory or another brutality for the negative track record they normally hold.
