Can you really get job satisfaction at a job that has to egoism, racism, bigotry, animosity, ignorance, myopic points of view and no future? It's a difficult question. I wouldn't force myself to learn something that's already finish. I wouldn't force myself to stay in an environment that isn't to my liking.
