Need Prayer? Send us a text on how we can pray for you!
We explore Proverbs chapter 2, focusing on how wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord and serves as our protection against the world's temptations and dangers.
• Fear of the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom, requiring reverent awe for the Creator
• God's wisdom acts as a shield to those who walk in integrity
• Scripture uses warrior language to speak to the protector instinct in believers
• Warning against associating with those who speak perverse things and walk in darkness
• The "strange woman" represents temptations that pull us away from covenant relationships
• Maintaining close connection with your spouse prevents dangerous spiritual drift
• Reading a proverb daily helps in ongoing sanctification and applying God's wisdom
