Both Jesus and Nehemiah overcame ridicule through their faith in God. Neither of them paid attention to the mocking voice of unbelief.
You see their faith came by hearing the the word of God.
Interestingly, in this weeks sermon podcast, Ps Steve McKenzie asks the question ;
"Could it be that in todays day and age, that without realising, we may infact reject the word of God and instead pay closer attention to the mocking voice of unbelief?"
