Overwhelmed is defined as “to bury or drown beneath a huge mass”.
Even though when we are experiencing overwhelm, we sometimes feel that there is no end in sight but there are strategies that can help you understand, address and cope with overwhelm.
We all need moments to regroup, gain clarity, prioritize and breathe.
Take some time to sit in silence, meditate, journal or do a (EFT) tapping session. Take the dog for a walk! Call a friend to chat. Do something easy and simple – but just stop!
