Haggai returned from Babylon with the remnant that returned under the leadership of Zerubbabel.
Haggai 2:23, Zerubbabel comes the center of the Messianic line, like a signet ring sealing both branches together.
The signet ring is small, its simple, and it has a purpose.
The signet ring of a ruler or official was a symbol of his authority. "In antiquity, they designated the identity, genealogy and status of the owner of the seal on the signet ring. Official documents or things not to be tampered with or altered were sealed with a signet ring."
