It's the end of 2023 and whether it was a year to remember or a year you'd rather forget everyone encountered some pretty heavy change this year. Change is never easy, even if we create it! In this episode I dive into how to lean into change to ease the pain of it. Then I show you how to handle the transition period after and how to create a happier future.
As we leave this year behind I just want to thank my incredible listeners. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be so lucky to have such a loyal audience.
