This week I bring on spiritual powerhouse Isabelle Daikeler. She is a wellness advisor and fitness and nutrition expert and is devoted to helping people live with less stress and more authenticity, blending mindfulness, emotional intelligence and spiritual well-being into a holistic, no-BS approach to life. Her wellness journey is deeply personal and profoundly spiritual.
When she gave birth to her son, it left her unable to walk. Determined to heal, she turned to alternative medicine, meditation and a self-designed recovery plan. Since then, Isabelle has dedicated her life to guiding others toward wholeness, working with Hollywood celebrities, rock stars and Olympic athletes to help them align body, mind and spirit.
We dive deep into how the mind/body connection is fiercely connected to a higher power, developing your own connection with source, pushing through chronic pain and SO much more. This is truly a magical episode and one I will never forget.
