Last week, we discussed the do nots of how to handle conflict. I recently read Steven K. Scott's "The Richest Man Who Ever Lived" and in it, he quotes Gary Smalley's "Rules of Engagement" regarding conflict. Conflict is inevitable and Jesus even spoke about it in an encouraging fashion.
