Abdominal muscle separation is something most pregnant women will experience. Despite being such a common problem, with the potential to cause such a world of pain, many mums aren’t equipped to minimize and manage recovery. 

In this solo episode, I am diving into abdominal recovery after birth. I go through abdominal muscle separation and what you can do to manage it. I share how to build up your abdominal strength after birth whether you’ve had a vaginal or caesarean birth. I draw on my personal experience and my professional experience helping clients to manage their abdominal muscle separation.
