I wanted to share this end of year wrap up with all of you to help you reflect on your health goals for the coming year.
When we become mothers it gets harder and harder to prioritise our own wellness unless we can fit in short bursts of exercise with our baby or toddler by our side. FitNest Mama was born from the need to access information, exercise and support at home for pregnant or postpartum mums.
I’m a firm believer that something is better than nothing, and done is better than perfect. At FitNest Mama, there are several workouts to fit in with your timetable. Short 15 minute workouts if you don’t have much time or longer 45 minute workouts if you find space in your day. There are different level intensity workouts to suit wherever you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey.
