It used to be a miracle ๐บ if I didnโt binge eat for 2 days.
I thought it was all about will power (and not having enough of it).
I thought it was because I wasnโt trying hard enough (I was fasting, going to the gym 6x per week & on a diet plan).
I would lose some weight, but it would always come back. Especially when life got stressful.
Please know this ๐ you are not alone. There is nothing nothing nothing wrong with you (ever). Please also know it doesnโt have to be this way forever if you do struggle with yo-yo dieting and binge eating.
Trust me, if I can do it (from daily binges, feeling ashamed af of my body, doing all the diet plans & my period coming 2-4x per month) so can you. & itโs not about trying harder. Itโs not another meal or workout plan. It IS about stepping back into your feminine ๐
