It used to be a miracle ๐ŸŽบ if I didnโ€™t binge eat for 2 days.

I thought it was all about will power (and not having enough of it).

I thought it was because I wasnโ€™t trying hard enough (I was fasting, going to the gym 6x per week & on a diet plan).

I would lose some weight, but it would always come back. Especially when life got stressful.

Please know this ๐Ÿ’– you are not alone. There is nothing nothing nothing wrong with you (ever). Please also know it doesnโ€™t have to be this way forever if you do struggle with yo-yo dieting and binge eating.

Trust me, if I can do it (from daily binges, feeling ashamed af of my body, doing all the diet plans & my period coming 2-4x per month) so can you. & itโ€™s not about trying harder. Itโ€™s not another meal or workout plan. It IS about stepping back into your feminine ๐Ÿ’•
