It happens to all of us. In a moment of trying to encourage someone, we throw out a commonly-used phrase without much consideration. Unfortunately, some of these well-known phrases can be harmful if believed because their meanings are opposed to Biblical Truths. In this podcast, the phrases we discuss are: "we are all children of God", "God will never give you more than you can handle", "Heaven gained another angel", and "It's not in the cards for me".
